Table: Motion to table Planning Case 14-017 for a variance at 3441 Lake Johanna <br />Boulevard to replace the existing nonconforming accessory structure with minor <br />modifications to the location and roofline: a specific reason and/or information request <br />should be included with a motion to table. <br /> <br /> <br />Notice <br /> <br />Although a variance does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was prepared by <br />the City and mailed to properties within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Resident Comment <br /> <br />Staff has received six (6) letters from neighboring property owners in support of the project at <br />3441 Lake Johanna Boulevard. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on May 5, 2014. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City was required to act on this request by July 4, 2014 <br />(60 days), unless the City provided the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period. <br /> <br />The petitioner was notified on June 9, 2014, of the City’s request for an additional 60-day review <br />period. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must now act on this request by September <br />2, 2014 (120 days). The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review period <br />beyond the initial 120 days. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
