ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION – April 9, 2014 15 <br /> <br /> <br />City Planner Streff stated there was a considerable amount of SAC credit on the property. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman questioned if the proposed Goodwill store was still being <br />considered by the City. <br /> <br />City Planner Streff indicated this proposal was denied by the City Council. He commented that <br />litigation was pending on this case. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa noted the Friends of the Park tree sale was taking place at this time. He <br />encouraged all residents to participate in the tree sale. Further information was available at City <br />Hall or on the City’s website. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman, to adjourn the <br />April 9, 2014, Planning Commission Meeting at 7:56 p.m. The motion carried unanimously <br />(6-0). <br />
