Existing Front Yard and Garage <br /> <br />Rough sketch of the front of the house after existing garage reclamation. <br /> <br />The garage door and service door will be removed, and replaced with brick or <br />cement board siding, windows will be installed, the concrete stairs will be <br />removed, and the grading will be altered to tie into the existing elevations for a <br />more gradual slope of grass, and landscaping/trees/bushes will be added. The <br />goal is for the front of the house to look like a driveway, garage, and concrete <br />stairs were never there. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Following approval of the variance the homeowners will work with an architect and builder. Formal plans which represent the actual designs can be provided to <br />Arden Hills to add to the information gathered as a part of this proposed project, if neeed.
