Recommend Approval with Conditions: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case <br />14-013 for a Preliminary and Final Plat of Gateway 2nd Addition located at Round Lake Road <br />and Gateway Court based on the findings of fact, submitted plans, and the four (4) conditions <br />in the April 9, 2014, Report to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />2. Recommend Approval as Submitted: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 14- <br />013 for a Preliminary and Final Plat of Gateway 2nd Addition located at Round Lake Road <br />and Gateway Court based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans in the April 9, 2014, <br />Report to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />3. Recommend Denial: Motion to recommend denial of Planning Case 14-013 for a <br />Preliminary and Final Plat of Gateway 2nd Addition located at Round Lake Road and <br />Gateway Court based on the findings of fact.... findings to deny should specifically reference <br />the reasons for denial and why those reasons cannot be mitigated. <br /> <br />4. Table: Motion to table Planning Case 14-013 for a Preliminary and Final Plat of Gateway 2nd <br />Addition located at Round Lake Road and Gateway Court in order to gather the following <br />information….a specific reason and/or information request should be included with a motion <br />to table. <br /> <br /> <br /> Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />There is no review deadline for this item as the City of Arden Hills is the applicant. <br /> <br /> <br />Resident Comments <br /> <br />Staff has not received any letters, e-mails, or telephone calls from property owners or residents in <br />regards to this planning case. <br /> <br />Notice <br /> <br />Notice was published in the Arden Hills/Shoreview Bulletin and notice was prepared by the City <br />and mailed to residents within five hundred (500) feet of the subject property. <br />
