The property located at 1219 Cummings Park Drive, which is currently zoned I-1 (Limited Industrial District) and is generally located south of Karth Lake, east of Hamline Avenue North, west of Lexington Avenue North, and north of Cummings Park Drive and is described by the following legal description: Subject to the rights of the public in Lexington Avenue North and in State Trunk Highway No. 51-125, the South One-Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23 excepting therefrom the following described parcel: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast corner of said Section 22, Township 30, Range 23; thence northerly along the East line of said Section 22 a distance of 420 feet to the point of beginning of the excepted parcel; thence deflect 90 degrees 00 minutes to the West a distance of 362.95 feet to a point; thence deflecting 48 degrees 00 minutes Northwesterly to a point on the North line of said South One-Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 22; thence easterly along said North line to the Northeast corner of said South One-Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 22; thence southerly along the East line of said Section 22 to the point of beginning and there terminating. 22.
