ORDINANCE NO. 2014-005 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2014-005 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1315.01, THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />RELATING TO THE RE-ZONING OF PROPERTIES. <br /> <br />THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1315.01, IS <br />HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The official Zoning Map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the <br />following described properties have been re-zoned to a CD zone (Conservation District): <br /> <br />1. The property with the Property Identification Number of 103023110001, which is currently <br />zoned R-1 (Single Family Residential District) and is generally located south of County Road <br />I West, east of Hamline Avenue North, west of Lexington Avenue North, and north of <br />Highway 96 and is described by the following legal description: <br /> <br />Subject to County Road I West and Lexington Avenue North, the Northeast Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 30, Range 23 <br /> <br />2. The property located at 5337 Lexington Avenue North, which is currently zoned R-1 (Single <br />Family Residential District) and is generally located south of County Road I West, east of <br />Snelling Avenue North, west of Lexington Avenue North, and north of Highway 96 and is <br />described by the following legal description: <br /> <br />Subject to County Road I West, the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, and <br />Subject to Lexington Avenue North, the South One-Half of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 10, Township 30, Range 23 <br /> <br />3.
