lt <br /> �'AIQEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-042 <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br /> THE 2015(A) PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets: <br /> Grant Road from New Brighton Road to Fairview Avenue <br /> Noble Road from New Brighton Road to Fairview Avenue <br /> Fairview Avenue from Grant Road to Noble Road <br /> Lake Lane from Lake Johanna Road to the cul-de-sac <br /> and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to the 2013 Pavement Management Program for <br /> study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient <br /> speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br /> necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br /> or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br /> recommended. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 8th DAY OF September,2014. <br /> 4t/40'/-'J� <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Amy Dietl, C4Vy Clerk <br />
