UNFINISHED BUSINESS—9A <br /> ,AVEN HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: September 29, 2014 <br /> TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> FROM: Terry Maurer, Public Works Director <br /> SUBJECT: 1787 Gateway Boulevard <br /> Stipulation of Settlement <br /> Requested Action <br /> Approve the Stipulation of Settlement for 1787 Gateway Boulevard relative to the appeal of the <br /> assessment for the Round Lake Road Area Improvement. <br /> Background/Discussion <br /> Attached is the Stipulation of Settlement for the property located at 1787 Gateway Boulevard <br /> relative to their assessment appeal of the Round Lake Road Area Improvement. The stipulation <br /> of settlement agrees to reduce the assessable front footage from 667.26 feet ($127,613.48) which <br /> is the platted length to 443.0 feet ($84,833.00) which is the useable front and also the parcel's <br /> length adjacent to the public road. The difference in the assessed length and stipulated length is <br /> actually an area that contains the ponding for the area from its original development.
