STATE OF MINNESOTA DISTRICT COURT <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br /> Case Type: Other Civil/Special <br /> Assessment Appeal <br /> Adrian Limited Partnership, Court File No. 62-CV-14-4225 <br /> Appellant, <br /> VS. STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT <br /> City of Arden Hills, <br /> Respondent. <br /> The parties through their respective attorneys stipulate and agree that this matter shall be <br /> settled as follows: <br /> 1. The assessment for Parcel No. 21.30.23.31.0030 in the original amount of <br /> $127,613.48 is revised to $84,733.00. <br /> 2. The City of Arden Hills(City)will recalculate the assessments based upon the <br /> reduced assessment in the above amount and certify the reassessments to the County Auditor. <br /> 3. The Adrian Limited Partnership(Adrian LP)shall have until October 31,2014 to <br /> pay the revised assessment amount,either in full or in part,at the City,with no interest. <br /> 4. After October 31,2014, any remaining unpaid amount of the assessment may be <br /> levied to Ramsey County,and shall bear interest at the rate of 4.60%annum,payable in ten(10) <br /> equal annual installments beginning with the general taxes levied in 2014,collectible with such <br /> taxes in 2015. <br /> 5. The parties through their attorneys will concurrently with the execution of this <br /> Agreement sign and file with the Court a Stipulation of Dismissal With Prejudice and Without <br /> Costs. <br /> 177903v1 <br />
