�-AVEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-048 <br /> A RESOLUTION RENEWING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS USERS GROUP <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of Arden Hills has entered into a Joint Powers Agreement <br /> (JPA)with the Ramsey County Geographic Information Systems Users Group; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City will continue the membership through December 31, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to continue funding this program through <br /> the life of the Joint Powers Agreement. <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> That the City shall renew the Ramsey County Geographic Information Systems Users <br /> Group to be in effect from January 1, 2015,to December 31,2017. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 29th DAY OF SEPTEMBER,2014. <br /> David Grant, MAYOR <br /> ATT T: <br /> 6��L4-q <br /> Amy Dietl, CIT CLERK <br />
