MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: October 8, 2014 <br />TO: Planning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: Matthew Bachler, Associate Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Commission Resignation <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On September 11, 2014, Samuel Scott submitted his official resignation as a member of the <br />Planning Commission. Within his resignation Mr. Scott stated that he was resigning as a result of <br />a change in his work schedule. Mr. Scott has served on the Commission since 2010, and his <br />current term was set to expire on December 31, 2016. As stated in the City ordinance the vacant <br />commission position will resume with the term of the resigning commission member. <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Action <br /> <br />During the Regular City Council meeting on September 29, 2014, the Council approved the <br />resignation of Samuel Scott from the Arden Hills Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />City Planning Commission Meeting for October 8, 2014 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
