The modifications are <br />indicated in the following numbers and on the attached site plans. <br /> <br />The modifications in Phase 1 would include relocation of the main entrance and lot modifications for <br />additional parking areas. Relocation of the entrance by the county would better serve Gradient Center <br />and the adjacent properties alleviating conflicts for entry on to County F form the adjoining properties. <br />Relocation would also better serve flow and appearances for the Gradient Center providing a more <br />cohesive site plan. Modifications in Phase 1 would include modifications to the lot to accommodate the <br />relocation of the south entrance and additional parking areas required to minimize stall losses due to <br />county changes in Phase 2. <br /> <br />The modifications in Phase 2 on the site plan would include corrections along Lexington Ave to add a <br />right turn lane and eliminate the east entrance to the property.
