Ramsey County would like to share with the City Council <br />where they are at in design and collect feedback from the City Council. <br /> <br />Beth Engum with Ramsey County will be in attendance at the workshop to give a short <br />presentation and answer questions the City Council may have. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br />
