APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the agenda as presented. The motion carried unanimously <br />(4-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />A. Sheriff Bostrom – Update on Police Services <br /> <br />Sheriff Bostrom, Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office, stated that he appreciated the Council’s time <br />and provided an update on recent Night to Unite activities that were held in Arden Hills. He <br />reviewed the County prescription medications disposal program and encouraged the public to turn <br />in their unused prescription medications at the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center. He
