Site Plan Review – Site Plan Approval Required <br /> <br />A Site Plan Review is required by the City Code for the reorganization of parking areas, <br />drives and entrances within any industrial district. <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to reconfigure the existing parking lot on the property in order <br />to provide better access to the front entrance of their building and to plan for the future <br />reconstruction of the Lexington Avenue North and County Road F West intersection that <br />will result in the loss of parking spaces and access along the eastern side of the property. <br /> <br />B. Lot Coverage – Meets Requirements <br /> <br />The existing and proposed lot coverage calculations do not exceed the standards set <br />within the I-1 Light Industrial Zoning District.
