Approve the proposal as submitted. <br />2. Approve the proposal with conditions (Recommended Action). <br />3. Deny the application with reasons for denial. <br />4. Table for additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Notice <br /> <br />Although a Site Plan Review does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was <br />prepared by the City and mailed to properties within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the subject <br />property. <br /> <br /> <br />Resident Comment <br /> <br />Staff has not received any letters, e-mails, or telephone calls from property owners or residents in <br />regards to this planning case. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on September 2, <br />2014. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by November 1, <br />2014 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60- <br />day review period.
