<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2014 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Vice Chair Roberta Thompson called to order the regular <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were: Vice Chair Roberta Thompson, Commissioners Angela Hames, Andrew Holewa, <br />Steven Jones, and Clayton Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Absent: Chair Clayton Larson and Commissioner Brent Bartel. <br /> <br />Also present were: Community Development Director Jill Hutmacher; City Planner Ryan Streff; <br />Associate Planner Matthew Bachler; and Councilmember Fran Holmes. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – OCTOBER 8, 2014 <br /> <br />Vice Chair Thompson stated the agenda will stand as published. <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING CASES <br /> <br />A. Planning Case 14-030; Site Plan Review; 4105 Lexington Avenue North – Not a <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />City Planner Streff explained that the applicant has requested a Site Plan Review to reconfigure <br />the existing parking lot on the property to allow for the rearrangement of parking areas, <br />relocation of the access along County Road F West, closure of the access along Lexington <br />Avenue North and other internal modifications that will maximize efficiency of the parking and <br />driving areas at 4105 Lexington Avenue North. <br /> <br />City Planner Streff stated that Gradient Financial owns the property located at 4105 Lexington <br />Avenue, which is zoned I-1 Limited Industrial District. The property is generally positioned north <br />of County Road F, south of Boston Scientific, east of Hamline Avenue and west of Lexington <br />Avenue. <br />
