CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2014-007 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE <br /> The City of Arden Hills (the"City") ordains as follows: <br /> Section 1. Section 2, Paragraph 4, entitled"Franchise Term" of the City's Cable Television <br /> Franchise Ordinance (Ord.No. 307), shall be amended as follows: <br /> 4. Franchise Term. Pursuant to North Suburban Communications <br /> Commission Resolution No 2014-05 (the "Extension Agreement"),this <br /> Franchise shall be in effect through December 31, 2016, unless sooner <br /> renewed, revoked or terminated as herein provided. <br /> Section 2.
