AGENDA ITEMS <br /> A. Workshop with Gateway Planning <br /> • Review of Chapters 1-5 <br /> • Present Chapters 6-7, 9-11 <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that tonight's meeting is the second <br /> workshop with Brad Lonberger, Gateway Planning. She encouraged the Councilmembers to <br /> discuss elements of Chapters 1-5 with Mr. Lonberger. She indicated that the remaining draft <br /> chapters, with the exception of Chapter 8 (Street Design Standards)will be presented as well. <br /> Chapter 6—Building and Site Development Standards <br /> Chapter 7—Building Design Standards <br /> Chapter 9—Open Space Standards <br /> Chapter 10— Streetscape and Landscape Standards <br /> Chapter 11 — Sign Standards <br /> Attachments <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher explained that Chapter 6 is the longest and most <br /> detailed of these chapters as it addresses building and site development standards.
