DRAFT September 2014 <br /> TCAAP Redevelopment Code <br />Page | 118 <br />  <br />(c) Roof Terrace Standards <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A Roof Terrace is a private common open space serving as a gathering <br />space for tenants and residents that might not be at grade. <br /> <br />Up to 50% of the required private common open space may be located on <br />a roof if at least 30 % of the roof terrace is designed as a Vegetated or <br />Green Roof. A Vegetated or Green roof is defined as an assembly or <br />system over occupied space that supports an area of planted beds, built up <br />on a waterproofed surface. <br /> <br />Private common open space on a roof must be screened from the view of <br />the adjacent property.
