For retail mixed-use and office mixed-use districts, ground floors along <br />all designated Pedestrian Priority frontages shall be built to <br />Commercial Ready standards. <br />Small Multi-Family Neighborhood Transition <br />Neighborhood <br />i.Parking shall be placed against an alley or in the rear of the lot and <br />be screened from the public right-of-way. <br />ii. Access from units that are not accessible from the front entries may <br />have access from the rear or the side of the building. <br />Nursing Home and assisted <br />living <br />Senior Independent Living <br />Town Center <br />Office Mixed-Use <br />Retail Mixed-Use <br /> <br />i. Housing shall be a part of a mixed-use building within the zone, <br />where the units are above or behind the alternative use on the block. <br />Neighborhood Transition <br />Neighborhood <br />i.Homes shall be designed as either a collective of single-family or <br />duplex homes to fit the scale of the surrounding development. <br />ii. These homes may also be mixed with mixed-generational housing.
