He discussed the 60-day rule and reiterated that the current <br /> governance documents do not provide for the City to review each development request. <br /> Councilmember Holmes recommended that all setbacks in the Town Center and shopping areas <br /> be 5-5-5 or 15 foot setbacks in total.
