ARDEN HILLS SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION—DECEMBER 1, 2014 7 <br /> Mayor Grant questioned how staff interpreted the term "shielded LED"within the Sign Code. <br /> Associate Planner Bachler explained that the City Code requires all lighting to be shielded. This <br /> means that the band of LED lights has to be concealed and not visible. <br /> 2.
