Maximum area of 150 square feet or 10% of the façade area, <br />whichever is less. <br />ii. For multi-tenant buildings, individual tenant banners shall not <br />exceed the width of the tenant bay. <br />iii. Banners shall only be permitted on a temporary basis for a <br />maximum period of 30 days per calendar year. Upon review of <br />need by Community Development Department, an extension or <br />additional time may be granted with submittal of a new <br />application. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />11.19 Temporary Construction Signs <br /> Location Standards <br />(a) All per zoning <br />district permitted <br />i. Allowed per AHC Section 1250.02 – Subsection 5. <br /> <br /> <br />11.21 Additional Standards <br />a. Signs located on interior of a lot and not intended to be viewed or utilized by traffic <br />on public streets do not require a permit. <br />b. Retail, service, and restaurant business that wrap a building corner creating two or <br />more storefronts will be permitted to place signs on each storefront. <br />c. Encroachments into public right-of-way shall not be permitted. See section 6.1(i) for <br />standards for encroachments over required setback areas. <br />
