It' <br /> ,,ARQENH1LLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-065 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2015 CITY CONTRIBUTION TO <br /> EMPLOYEE MONTHLY BENEFITS <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of six <br /> hundred ninety-nine dollars and sixty-one cents ($699.61) per month, per employee toward <br /> bargaining unit employees benefits; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of six <br /> hundred ninety-nine dollars and sixty-one cents ($699.61) per month, per employee toward non- <br /> bargaining unit employees benefits; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve that those employees <br /> selecting single coverage will have their remaining dollars after medical and dental premiums <br /> capped at $2,000 to be deposited in their HSA accounts; <br /> THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby <br /> approve the contribution toward bargaining and non-bargaining unit employee benefits as stated <br /> above. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br /> 8th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2014. <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> v� l <br /> Amy Dietl, City Cerk <br />
