Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />DATE: December 8, 2014 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: John Anderson, Assistant City Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Venus/Crystal 2015 PMP <br />Accept Feasibility Report <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 2014-061 Receiving the Feasibility Report and Ordering the Public Hearing to <br />be held on January 12, 2015 for the Venus/Crystal Neighborhood Improvement (2015 PMP). <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />On September 8, 2014 the Council adopted Resolution 2014-041 ordering the preparation of a <br />Feasibility Report for the Venus/Crystal Neighborhood 2015 Pavement Management Program <br />(PMP) project. This 2015 PMP consists of improvements to the following streets: <br /> <br />Venus Avenue from Rolling Hills Road to Dellview Avenue <br />Glenview Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Lake Valentine Road <br />Gramsie Road from Rolling Hills Road to Dellview Avenue <br />Fairview Avenue from Gramsie Road to Venus Avenue <br />Dellview Avenue from Venus Avenue to Crystal Avenue <br />Crystal Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Lake Valentine Road <br />Glenview Court from Glenview Avenue to cul-de-sac <br /> <br />In accordance with Council direction, a Feasibility Report has been prepared that details the <br />proposed improvements, neighborhood impacts, estimated costs and financing for the proposed <br />project (a copy of the Feasibility Report is attached). <br />CONSENT ITEM – 5G <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br />
