Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />DATE: December 8, 2014 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: John Anderson, Assistant City Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Grant/Noble/Lake Lane 2015 PMP <br />Accept Feasibility Report <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution 2014-062 Receiving the Feasibility Report and Ordering the Public Hearing to <br />be held on January 26, 2015, for the Grant, Noble, Lake Lane Improvement (2015 PMP). <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />On September 8, 2014, the Council adopted Resolution 2014-042 ordering the preparation of a <br />feasibility report for the Grant/Noble/Lake Lane 2015 Pavement Management Program (PMP) <br />project. This 2015 PMP consists of improvements to the following streets: <br /> <br /> Grant Road from New Brighton Road to Fairview Avenue <br /> Noble Road from New Brighton Road to Fairview Avenue <br /> Fairview Avenue from Grant Road to Noble Road <br /> Lake Lane from Lake Johanna Road to the cul-de-sac <br /> <br />In accordance with Council direction, a Feasibility Report has been prepared that details the <br />proposed improvements, neighborhood impacts, estimated costs and financing for the proposed <br />project (a copy of the Feasibility Report is attached). <br /> <br />This project has financial implications for the City including the following: <br /> <br />1. assessments levied in accordance with the Assessment Policy <br /> <br />2. use of Permanent Improvement Revolving (PIR) Funds for the portion of the street <br />improvement not assessed <br />CONSENT ITEM – 5H <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br />
