<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 27, 2014 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the regular City <br />Council meeting at 7:01 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, Dave <br />McClung, and Ed Werner <br /> <br /> Absent: None <br /> <br /> Also present: City Administrator Patrick Klaers; Public Works Director Terry Maurer; <br />Community Development Director Jill Hutmacher; City Planner Ryan Streff; Associate <br />Planner Matthew Bachler; City Attorney Joel Jamnik; and City Clerk Amy Dietl <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that the original schedule for Regulations <br />and Policies anticipated that the City Council would be providing final comments on the draft <br />zoning on November 17, 2014. At this point, that appears unlikely and additional meetings will be <br />needed to finalize the TCAAP zoning. Staff is working on revising the schedule which will likely
