APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that the original schedule for Regulations <br />and Policies anticipated that the City Council would be providing final comments on the draft <br />zoning on November 17, 2014. At this point, that appears unlikely and additional meetings will be <br />needed to finalize the TCAAP zoning. Staff is working on revising the schedule which will likely
