AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Jet/Vac Truck Demo (Parking Lot) <br /> <br />Assistant City Engineer Anderson provided the Council with a jet/vac truck demonstration in <br />the City Hall parking lot. <br /> <br />B. TCAAP Regulations and Policies <br /> JDA Governance and Approval Process Discussions <br /> Park Dedication Ordinance Discussion <br /> Discuss Chapters 1-5 <br /> <br />Michael Norton, JDA Attorney, stated that the Council was spending time establishing the City <br />Code for the TCAAP property. He indicated that once the Master Plan and the TCAAP <br />Redevelopment Code (TRC) were in place, the JDA would implement these documents based on <br />recommendations by staff. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher stated that the City Council has previously <br />discussed the TRC’s Chapter 3 (Administration) which primarily addresses the JDA review
