For retail mixed-use and office mixed-use districts, ground floors along <br />all designated Pedestrian Priority frontages shall be built to <br />Commercial Ready standards. <br />Small Multi-Family Neighborhood Transition <br />Neighborhood <br />i.Parking shall be placed against an alley in the rear of the lot and be <br />screened from the public right-of-way. <br />ii. These homes may also be mixed with mixed-generational housing.
