Of the 960 apartments, condominiums, <br />and senior housing units in the Ryan Plan, 200 units were condominiums which are not <br />supported by current market conditions. <br /> <br />Multi-Family Design Standards <br /> <br />The attached memo from Brad Lonberger summarizes the zoning regulations and design <br />standards applicable to multi-family development. Comments received to-date have been <br />incorporated and are red-lined. <br /> <br />Discussion Questions <br /> <br />1. Are the residential and commercial uses currently permitted in the Town Center and <br />Neighborhood Transition Districts acceptable? <br />2. Are the total number of units and the projected density of the Town Center and <br />Neighborhood Transition Districts acceptable? <br />3. Should commercial uses be allowed in free-standing buildings in these districts? <br />4.
