Ramsey County has sent out approximately 8,000 invitations along with <br />targeted emailed notices. The announcement has been posted for a few weeks on the City <br />website and paper invitations have been available at the front counter of City Hall. <br /> <br />At tonight’s meeting the Kimley Horn Infrastructure Team will be present to give the Council a <br />“first peek” at what attendees of the Open House will see. <br />AGENDA ITEM – 1A <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br />
