EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2014-055 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT FOR THE COUNTY ROAD E (B-2 <br /> DISTRICT) IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted October 13, 2014, fixed a date <br /> for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement, and <br /> WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing <br /> was given, and the hearing was opened on November 10, 2014 and extended to November <br /> 24, 2014, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be <br /> heard thereon, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility report. <br /> 2.
