On November 24, 2014, the City Council gave direction for the Hill and Creek <br />Neighborhoods to be divided into three subzones with maximum densities of 2, 4, and 6 <br />units per acre. These subzones will be depicted on the next draft of the Regulating <br />(zoning) Map. Average densities shown above reflect the subzones. <br />2. On December 15, 2014, the City Council directed staff to create two subzones in the <br />Transition district with an overall maximum density of 10 units per acre. These subzones <br />will be depicted on the next draft of the Regulating Map. <br /> <br />Future Land Use and Regulating Maps <br /> <br />If the attached land use map is acceptable to the City Council, it will be used as the base for the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment Future Land Use Map and the Regulating (Zoning) Map. The <br />Regulating Map will include the residential subzones as directed by the City Council. <br /> <br />City Council direction on the revised land use map is requested. <br /> <br />
