Infrastructure Costs <br />The infrastructure team will present information on the preliminary cost estimates of <br />infrastructure improvements. Public Works Director Terry Mauer has attached a brief <br />memo, and additional materials will be distributed at the meeting. <br /> <br />B. Land Use Map <br />Kimley Horn has provided a revised land use map which reflects the Spine Road <br />realignment and City Council direction regarding land uses in the Town neighborhood. <br />The acreages of each neighborhood have decreased somewhat. Some of the decrease is <br />related to the Spine Road realignment. Given the maximum densities that have been <br />established for each neighborhood by the City Council, the decrease in residential <br />development area has resulted in fewer total units. A memo from Community <br />Development Director Jill Hutmacher and the land use map from Kimley Horn are <br />attached. <br /> <br />C. Chapters 6 and 7, TCAAP Redevelopment Code <br />City Council comments and direction on Chapters 6 and 7 of the TCAAP zoning have <br />been incorporated. Based on the City’s schedule for approval of the TCAAP <br />Redevelopment Code (TRC), the January 12 work session will be the last opportunity for <br />the City Council to review Chapters 6 and 7 prior to presentation of the full draft TRC on <br />February 2, 2015. Redlined-copies of Chapters 6 and 7 are attached. Hole-punched <br />copies of Chapters 6 and 7 have been provided in Council packets for inclusion in the <br />green binders. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br />
