Roofing materials <br />visible from any public right-of-way shall vary materials in each design. <br />(iv) Variation to façade designs or styles shall be required through changes to size <br />and location of windows, doorways, or changes in eave lines and massing. <br />(v) In an effort to decrease monotony of design, changing the paint color or material <br />type will not be considered a different design or style. <br />(ii)(vi) Homes shall not have more than three materials used ion the exterior of <br />the building. Of the three materials a primary material shall be used for a <br />minimum of 60 percent of the facades facing the street.
