This is the first cut at the total project costs, so these numbers <br />will continue to be refined as discussions start to focus on financing of the improvements. <br /> <br />Also attached to this memo is the Open House summary prepared by Kimley Horn following the <br />December 9, 2014, event held at the Marsden Room. <br />AGENDA ITEM – 1A <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br />
