TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher stated Staff and consultants are scheduling <br />work for the regulations and policies component of the master planning process. The following <br />schedule allows City Council adoption of the TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC) by the end of <br />February.
