Topics for future meetings will be identified as those dates draw <br />nearer. <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. October 13, 2014, Regular City Council <br />B. October 20, 2014, City Council Work Session <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Werner seconded a <br />motion to approve the October 13, 2014, Regular City Council meeting <br />minutes; and October 20, 2014, Work Session minutes as presented. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion to Acknowledge the Application of Catholic United Financial for an <br />Exempt Permit to Conduct a Raffle with the Drawing being March 19, 2015, with <br />No Waiting Period <br />C. Nextel Lease Termination Agreement <br />D. Resolution 2014-060 Accepting the Liability Coverage Limits from the League of <br />Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) for 2015 <br />E. Resolution Authorizing the Application for Recycling SCORE Grant Funds from <br />Ramsey County <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein.
