Agreement.doc <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEM – 5C <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: January 12, 2015 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Patrick Klaers, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Terry Maurer, Public Works Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Ramsey Conservation District Shared Service Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />Council Action Requested <br /> <br />City Council is requested to approve the Shared Service Agreement with Ramsey <br />Conservation District for 2015 and authorize the Mayor to execute it. <br /> <br />Discussion/Background <br /> <br />Since 2009 Ramsey Conservation District has been assisting the City with inspections <br />required by the City’s Grading and Erosion Control Permits under Chapter 15, Erosion <br />and Sediment Control Ordinance. The service provided by Ramsey Conservation District <br />has been working very well. <br /> <br />Attached is the Shared Service Agreement between the City of Arden Hills and Ramsey <br />Conservation District to continue this service through 2015. There are no changes to the <br />Agreement from 2014 including the price which is exactly the same per hour.
