APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as presented. TCAAP Update <br /> Community Development Director Hutmacher stated Staff and consultants are scheduling <br /> work for the regulations and policies component of the master planning process. The following <br /> schedule allows City Council adoption of the TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC) by the end of <br /> February. Preliminary approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment to allow the beginning of <br />
