COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember McClung explained he attended the Ramsey County League of Local <br /> Government's Annual Meeting and heard a presentation on the recent election. <br /> Councilmember Werner appreciated the new free plantings in Valentine Park. <br /> Councilmember Holmes commented on November 18th and November 19th the Pavement <br /> Management Plan for 2015 was discussed. She thanked staff for the thorough presentations made <br /> both evenings. <br /> Mayor Grant wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br /> adiourn.
