Ramsey County Presentation <br />Representatives of Ramsey County will be at the work session to discuss the TCAAP <br />project. Mark Ruff, Ehlers and Associates, will present information on proposed <br />expenditures and revenues. <br /> <br />B. TCAAP Land Use Approval Process <br />A draft land use approval process flow chart has been created and has been reviewed by <br />the City and JDA Attorneys. The attorneys will attend the meeting to discuss the <br />approval process and Chapter 3 with the City Council. <br /> <br />C. Chapters 4 and 5, TCAAP Redevelopment Code <br />City Council comments and direction on Chapters 4 and 5 of the TCAAP zoning have <br />been incorporated. Based on the City’s schedule for approval of the TCAAP <br />Redevelopment Code (TRC), the January 20 work session will be the last opportunity for <br />the City Council to review Chapters 4 and 5 prior to presentation of the full draft TRC on <br />February 2, 2015. Redlined-copies of Chapters 4 and 5 are attached. Hole-punched <br />copies of Chapters 4 and 5 have been provided in Council packets for inclusion in the <br />green binders. <br /> <br />Key changes to Chapters 4 and 5 since the last City Council review are: <br /> Addition of definitions clarifying right-of-way, property line, setbacks, and gross <br />density. <br /> Addition of definitions for low, medium, and high density development with <br />density parameters.
