The ground floor space can be used for residential, office, personal service <br />or retail uses. Residential uses may or may not be located within the building. It is especially <br />appropriate for incubating neighborhood-serving retail and service uses and allowing some <br />adjoining streets and multi-modal corridors to expand as the market demands.
