DRAFT January 15, 2015January 7, 2015January 5, 2015 <br /> TCAAP Redevelopment Code <br />Page | 27 <br /> <br />The lines that form the boundary of a publicly-owned right-of-way. <br />S <br /> <br />Service-Related Uses <br />All uses that support the principal use on the lot including parking access, garbage/trash <br />collection, utility meters and equipment, loading/unloading areas and similar uses. <br /> <br />Setback <br />The minimum distance by which any building or structure must be separated from a right-of- <br />way or property line. <br />Single Family Use <br />A building containing one or two primary living units and which may include twin homes, <br />detached townhomes and cottage/patio homes. <br />Small Lot Single Family <br />A single-family residential lot that measures less than fifty (50) feet wide. <br /> <br />Image of a Small Lot Single <br />Family <br /> <br /> <br />Small Multi-Family Use <br /> A building containing three to eight residential units and which may include townhomes, row <br />homes, manor homes/multi-unit houses, stacked flats, or triplexes/quadplexes. <br />Small Retail or Office Building <br />The Small Retail/Office Building is a commercial building that is generally located at street <br />intersections or as transitions between higher intensity commercial uses and lower intensity <br />residential uses. The ground floor space can be used for residential, office, personal service <br />or retail uses. Residential uses may or may not be located within the building. It is especially <br />appropriate for incubating neighborhood-serving retail and service uses and allowing some <br />adjoining streets and multi-modal corridors to expand as the market demands.
