APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Item 4A. was corrected to read Approve EDA 2015 Budgets <br /> <br />MOTION: EDA Commissioner Holmes moved and EDA Commissioner Holden <br />seconded a motion to approve the agenda as amended. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. September 8, 2014 <br /> <br />MOTION: EDA Commissioner Holmes moved and EDA Commissioner McClung <br />seconded a motion to approve the September 8, 2014, Economic Development <br />Authority minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />3. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />4. OLD BUSINESS
