AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP <br /> <br />Community Development Director Hutmacher stated the Open House for the TCAAP <br />infrastructure was scheduled for tomorrow from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in the Marsden Room. Ramsey <br />County has sent out approximately 8,000 invitations along with targeted email notices. The <br />announcement has been posted for a few weeks on the City website and paper invitations have <br />been available at the front counter of City Hall. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Maurer explained that at tonight’s meeting the Kimley Horn <br />Infrastructure Team was present to give the Council a “first peek” at what attendees of the Open <br />House will see. <br />
