'It <br /> ,AVEN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015-011 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE COUNTY ROAD E <br /> AREA IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the construction of the City of Arden <br /> Hills County Road E Area Improvement, and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Park Construction Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is <br /> the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of$1,349,913.06; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS,MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Park Construction Company for $1,349,913.06 in the name of the City of <br /> Arden Hills for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
