Placement of street furniture and fixtures shall be <br />coordinated with organization of sidewalks, landscaping, street trees, building entries, <br />curb cuts, signage, and other street fixtures. <br />(d) Materials selected for paving and street furniture shall be of durable quality and <br />require minimal maintenance. <br /> <br />10.8 Utilities <br />(a) All utility lines shall be underground. <br />(b) Locations on private property must be found for switchgear and transformer pads <br />needed to serve that property. Such locations shall be either along General Frontages <br />or at the side or rear of the property and screened from view of a person standing on <br />the property line on the far side of any adjoining street (see Figure 10-3). <br />10.9 Parking Lot Landscaping: All surface parking shall meet the standards for parking lot <br />landscaping in the AHC Section 1325. <br />
