ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION – February 4, 2015 10 <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa withdrew his motion and friendly amendment. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa moved and Commissioner Jones seconded a motion to recommend <br />approval of Planning Case 15-002 for a Preliminary and Final Plat, Planned Unit <br />Development Amendment, and Conditional Use Permit Amendment at 3527-3557 <br />Lexington Avenue North based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans, as amended <br />by the twenty-two (22) conditions (noting only Lot 4 shall be allowed to have outdoor <br />storage and sales) in the February 4, 2015, report to the Planning Commission, The motion <br />carried 4-2 (Bartel and Zimmerman opposed). <br /> <br />
