<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MN <br />CONTRACT FOR THE COLLECTION OF RESIDENTIAL RECYCLABLE MATERIALS Page 19 <br />15 Miscellaneous Provisions <br />15.1 In the event that any provision or portion thereof of any Contract Document shall be found to be <br />invalid or unenforceable, then such provision or portion thereof shall be reformed in accordance <br />with the applicable laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision or portion of this <br />Contract shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions or portions of <br />the Contract. <br /> <br />15.2 Any notice or demand required herein shall be in writing and shall be effectively made if <br />delivered to either party in person or, if mailed, sent by certified mail as follows: To the City of <br />Arden Hills at 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN 55112; and to the Contractor at 9813 <br />Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55347; or to such other address as either party may <br />furnish the other in writing.
